Church Planting Residencies
Our church planting residencies serve as a relational training ground in an effective sending church for those who have completed our assessment process. A residency helps you build meaningful, supportive relationships within a church that has a proven heartbeat for multiplication and church planting. This day-to-day ministry experience and training will strengthen your call to church planting. We can connect you with the right church-based residency and develop a customized plan in a setting that matches your planting context.
Church Planting Pathway
A Send Network Michigan church planting team member will walk along the church planting pathway and introduce you to other network planters at each phase.
ASSESSMENT
Preassessment and the assessment retreat are a valuable tool in helping you and your family understand your next steps as an aspiring church planter.
ORIENTATION
Connect with other new planters at the Send Network training center in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is an encouraging and culture-building time of networking, inspiration, and fun where you will learn more about the Send Network vision, mission, and Kingdom values.
TRAINING
Learn alongside other new planters in your planting context in interactive sessions facilitated by an experienced, certified, local Send Network trainer. This training will cover 11 core competencies of a healthy, multiplying church planter and give you the tools you will need to engage your city with the Gospel, make disciples, and plant a church to expand God’s Kingdom.
COACHING
With extensive ministry experience and wisdom, a coach serves as a personal sounding board in your first years as a church planter
CARE
Church planting is not a solo mission. We want to offer support to help you and your wife establish a successful church, while nurturing family relationships. We come alongside you with resources, events, and gifts to encourage you and your family.
